Neuromodulator Treatments
Soften Expression Lines While Preserving Natural Movement
Neuromodulators are prescription injectable medications that temporarily reduce activity in selected muscles. They may soften dynamic lines caused by repeated facial expression while maintaining a natural and expressive appearance when treatment is appropriately planned.
Available products may include Botox, Dysport, Xeomin or Nuceiva. Product selection, dosing and placement are individualized. Units are not interchangeable between brands.

Consultation and Treatment
Dina assesses facial movement at rest and during expression, reviews previous treatment response and discusses the degree of movement you would like to retain. The treatment itself usually involves a series of small injections using a fine needle.

Results and Follow Up
The effect develops gradually rather than immediately. Timing, strength and duration vary by product, treatment area, dose and individual response. A follow-up may be recommended after the initial effect has developed. Additional treatment is not automatically required and will depend on the assessment.

Neuromodulator FAQ
Will I look frozen?+
The treatment plan can be adjusted to your anatomy and desired level of movement. The aim is controlled softening rather than the same result for everyone.
How often is treatment needed?+
Duration varies. Reassessment is recommended when movement and lines begin to return rather than following a fixed schedule for every patient.
Can neuromodulators replace filler?+
No. Neuromodulators affect muscle activity, while fillers support volume and contour. The appropriate option depends on the underlying concern.
